On November 7, 2019, a roundtable discussion was held at the All-Ukrainian Accounting Club (Kyiv, 28, Preslavinska St., office 504): \u201cThe Role of Professional Public Organisations in the Lives of Auditors and Accountants: are Changes Needed?\u201d.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\ud83d\udd3a The purpose of the event was to discuss the issues on innovative development of audit and accounting professional communities:<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 analysis of the current status and world experience of forming representative professional communities and relationships between NGOs and governmental structures;
\u2022 the current state and ways of improving the quality of auditors and accounting staff training;
\u2022 advantages of accounting, reporting, analysis and audit automation and its current state in Ukraine;
\u2022 organising and holding of international, all-Ukrainian congresses, forums, scientific conferences, trainings, roundtables and publication their results.
In addition, the participants of the roundtable presented a burning issue of ethical standards of NGOs in his program.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The meeting became a productive platform for the views exchanging and suggestions between NGOs and influential international vocational training institutes, as well as improving the skills of accountants, auditors, financial managers and executives.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Participants of the roundtable noted cooperation with the understanding that our best decisions emerge through teamwork, we are the only team with a common mission, values, vision and priorities in ensuring the viability, relevance and quality of the profession of auditor and accountant, strengthening their confidence in and their impact.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Within two weeks, the representatives of the roundtable will prepare proposals for the further development of cooperation and mutual trust of NGOs interested in achieving common goals of developing the profession of accountant and auditor.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
