PrJSC Ukrhydroenergo: For the first time during the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, accountants, economists, financiers of Ukrhydroenergo took part in a training seminar on the topic “Planning. Accounting policy. Financial and accounting. Requirements of IFRS in conditions of war”.
The training seminar was organized with the participation of ICFM UK Ukraine & ICB (London, Great Britain), which is a long-standing and reliable partner of Ukrhydroenergo.
In the course of the work, the new requirements of IFRS and IASB, features of asset depreciation in wartime conditions, technology of planning and budget management in wartime conditions, current trends in the field of financial risk management were considered.
Since Ukrhydroenergo is an ambassador among state-owned companies in the implementation of the program of gender equality and women’s empowerment, the issue of gender equality in the economic sphere was highlighted at the training seminar and attention was focused on the importance of observing the principle of non-discrimination in the Company’s management activities.

Accountants of Ukrhydroenergo, who took part in the training seminar, had the opportunity to be the first in Ukraine to pass the exam of the British Certification Program for accountants, with subsequent receipt of the English-style certificate of the ICB UK.
