Ukraine. Kyiv. ICFM UK Ukraine & ICB held a meeting at the office of the Territorial Development of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in Kyiv Region. Where the Memorandum 2023/11 dated November 30, 2023 on Partnership and cooperation between the Territorial Department of the Economic Security Bureau in Kyiv Region was signed in the person of the Head of Maxim Kuterga and with
Institute of Certified Financial Managers Great Britain in Ukraine ICFM & ICB.
The parties agreed on the involvement of the Department ESB specialists in the Kyiv Region within the framework of the Memorandum in training programs and participation in international events of the Institute of Certified Financial Managers (ICFM, Great Britain) and the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB, Great Britain).
The purpose of the Memorandum is cooperation and exchange of information and experience within the respective functions and powers of the parties.
The subject of this Partnership is the cooperation of the Parties aimed at achieving the goal of the Memorandum, which is carried out in the form of preparation and implementation of joint events and projects, ensuring the possibility of exchanging information and experience in the legal, organizational and functional spheres.
ICFM & ICB will facilitate and participate as a Partner
• in social global international projects;
• at Summits and Congresses,
• VIP meetings with Parliamentarians and representatives of law enforcement agencies in London,
• the annual international Luca Awards in London,
• in international Conferences and Forums,
• in Seminars and Workshops on assessing risks and threats to economic security, as well as working out ways to minimize and eliminate them;
• interviews for world media and press releases conducted by ICFM & ICB, Great Britain and ICFM & ICB Eastern Europe together with partners.
The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine is a young structure and professional experienced specialists who replenish their staff with young people whose aspirations and goals are the security, financial and economic component, the pulse of the new country.

On the eve of the signing of the Memorandum, on November 21, 2023, the first joint meeting with TD ESB in Kyiv region regarding the direction of cooperation and partnership was held at the office of ICFM UK Ukraine & ICB.
