International qualification for accountants Certificate ICB, UK
Each level of the course consists of:
80 hours of study
and 40 hours of practice.
The total course program is 120 hours.
After passing the Education, the Exam is held.
Exam format:
written solution of 20 tests (maximum number of scored points – 40) and 3 practical tasks) maximum number of scored points – 60).
Exams are held with observers of the examination network.
The duration of the exam is 3 hours
Language of teaching and examination: Ukrainian or English.
“Certificate in Advanced Bookkeeping” ICB
Certificate for raising the level of accounting.
The course program covers basic and practical knowledge of accounting, which takes into account international standards, including local legislation. The training course is aimed at acquiring practical accounting skills by accountants and beginners; this includes knowledge of tax and other local laws along with international standards.
Global qualifications of ICB – the largest accounting organization in the world, are represented in almost all developed countries. Institute ICFM Ukraine, is the official representative of ICB in Ukraine, has the authority to accredit training centers in Ukraine for training programs, organizes ICB & ICFM international qualification exams since 2007.
ICB’s head office is in London.
The uniqueness of the program lies in the fact that, despite the fact that training and the exam are conducted in Ukrainian, candidates who pass the exam will receive an international certificate of the ICB of Great Britain.
Thus, specialists who have completed training under the “Certificate in Advanced Bookkeeping” program will confirm their knowledge of the accounting specialty with a Certificate of international status issued by the authoritative world organization ICB.
The ICB curriculum is based on the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in each country, while the ICFM curriculum is based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
